·        Upon receipt of payment members will be issued with a membership card & keyfob – this contains contact details and their own unique membership number which will need to be quoted when calling.

·        Although each member is assigned a “Personal Account Manager” upon application, this does not mean that they are unable to speak with other members of the team.

·        Queries will be handled quickly and effectively, if an answer cannot be given straight away then you will be called back once the answer has been researched.

·        Tenable Business Support Service is purely an advice service; if the member requires us to act on their behalf then a further charge would be made.  The amount would be dependent on the work required. 

·        Tenable Business Support Service has a legal team whom members can call upon FREE for advice.  Membership does not include court fees, or cover you for appearances at court by one of our legal representatives.  If you require representation at court then a separate fee will be discussed. 

·        Verbal advice is given as guidance only and Tenable Business Support Service cannot be held responsible for actions of any member.

·        Tenable Business Support Service will answer questions based on facts given by the member.  It is imperative that members supply full details in order to receive a comprehensive answer. 

·        Tenable Business Support Service takes members confidentiality seriously.  All information supplied is covered by the Data Protection Act and we NEVER share your details with third party organisations.

·        If member has selected the monthly payment option then payments should be made in advance.  Failure to pay the monthly instalments would mean your membership would end.
